ASLIHAN P. TURAN

Turan predominately conducts research oninternational security issues, specifically on the European Union’s securityand foreign policy, NATO and international interventions.

Turan is graduated from French high school Notre Dame de Sion. In 2007 she is graduated from Galatasaray University’s International Relations department and in 2009 she earned her MA title from European Law at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University, where she attended with Jean Monnet scholarship awarded by the European Union. She has worked at Turkish Cultural Office in Paris. She continues her doctoral studies at Galatasaray University’s International Relations department where she is admitted in 2010. Since 2010 she is working as a research fellow on the European Studies at BİLGESAM. Ms. Turan has an advanced level of French and English. She is proficient in Spanish and has a basic knowledge of Italian.
